First off service is horrible. Took 20 minutes to get a roll after the rest of the food had already come. Then my card was charged twice and I was not informed. When I returned to see that the first was voided there was no apology or anything. Just the "manager" telling me that it was and that's it. My bank account was over drafted and when I confronted about that I was told that I could bring in the statement and they would refund it. Once again no apology or anything. Besides that the manager barely speaks English and does not comprehend what he is being told. Worst service ever and even worst management! Definitely needs a change of staff!

Worst service I have ever had. Cooked our order wrong in front of us and then said they didn't. Never apoligized.
