I had a gel nail manicure and a pedicure at Super Nail. They were understaffed, with only one employee present from the time I arrived (around 11:15 am) until about 12:15 pm. This one woman was very courteous with her four female customers.

Two were regulars and chatted pleasantly with her. At least two potential customers walked out when they learned that they were understaffed; one made an appointment for the next day.

When another employee arrived, my pedicure began. It lasted about 30 minutes. The gel nail manicure took roughly 20 minutes.

Because the employee pushed my cuticles with a metal tool without soaking my hands first, it was painful. Before she worked on my left hand, I quietly told her that it was painful. She was much gentler after that.

Both employees were pleasant and courteous. I am happy with my mani-pedi.

Cost: $68 before tip

The service was absolutely horrible. i would never recommend anyone to ever go to this place. the staff were incredibly rude. they did my pedicure in 5 minutes. did not clip my nails or cuticles. they also did not even put a top coat on after my polish. when i complained, a guy that had just walked in, and wasn't there for my pedi, told me i was lying. I could have done a better job myself, in my own bathroom, than they did. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!
