I recently took my RV to Cross Roads to get it state inspected. They did it while I waited. Everyone one was very nice and polite. They found a problem with the brakes and gave me several possibilities of what the problem could be since I do my own work. I took it home and adjusted the brakes and they worked great. I went right back down there and they did the follow up inspection. It took all of about five minutes and I was on my way. I was very happy with my experience and would go there again.

When I pulled up my motor home to the Crossroads location in Finksburg, I was sure I was lost. It is tucked away in the far end of an industrial site on a poorly marked turn off the secondary road from Route 140.



No matter how much trouble it takes to find these guys, take the trouble. This is the most honest, friendly, helpful group of master mechanics and technicians I have encountered in my four decades of driving.



Beginning with the owner, Brian DeMaggio, and the administrative staff, you will have your problem diagnosed quickly and thoroughly, and you will be given accurate information about what will be done, when it will be complete, and what it will cost.



With all three of his triplets (Brian also has twins!) employed at his shop, Brian is ensuring a Carroll County establishment that will serve residents exceptionally well for years to come.



I have never, in years of driving a variety of vehicles, encountered as much good humored and clear assistance from an auto and truck service center. Great, Great company.
