I would stay far away from this trailer park. Many of the people there are VERY sketchy. I got attacked by a pitbull when I visited there once.

It sure is just like the person said in 2012. Roads are in shambles ,Trees break up everything .Beware they violate HIPPA with Jackie as manager . They discriminate , nosey and they do not care about you or your lot. They have allowed transit campers come here -Over 30 with over 1 ton commercial truck diesel .The campers now are not permanent , They weld and bang on things constant non stop night and weekends .Permanent resident lease states NO COMMERCIAL The park allows for 6 transit on top lot only.Since no one will come here with a new trailer permanent on over 40 empty lots of 100 They opened lots up to transits -Rv ,5th wheels etc . When transits come and go-camping center Never any peace and quiet .There is no background check , varies states , loud and do not abide by rules. It is all about money -inside workers in the office all family Not related to owners, but the owners back then up .It will never change , if your not liked -BUYER BEWARE. 24 YEARS INSIDE DEAL N S

I have been a living there for long 10 + years now and If my I had the chance I would leave in a heart beat. The manger Jackie and her Son Bret run the place but do a poor job of it. The Streets are in need of replacment but the just do patch jobs and when it comes to removing snow they dont do to whole street the home owners have to dig out 3 feet to the path they make from the end or the driveway. The trees need to trimed and or cut down branches have damaged houses and cars and they dont care they say that is why you have insurance. The water is poor the mangment don't know how to treat the water and it comes out cloudy and tastes bad you call the office and Jackie Says if you don't like it buy bottles like I do. The park mangment is all over home owners to keep there lot clean but there lot has 2 sheads a boat parked in the yard 5 cars you are only allowed 2 per house. Now they have area for campers and rv by the office but they are now putting them in the vacent lots. If you are looking for a place to live this is not it not untill the Jackie and Bret stop running the park
