DO NOT ORDER A KEG FROM HERE!!! I pre-ordered a keg 2 weeks prior to needing it and when I went to pick it up they didn't have it!!! I was not happy and the only thing they did was refund the keg difference! NOT PERFESSIONAL at all!!

I have had horrible service from 3 rock in the past, however I found a coupon in the value pack ad and thought I would give them a try again.....stupid move on my part. After having approx. $80 in merchandise, I gave the lady a coupon with the value of 12% off my total purchase valid only on wine Liquor or Beer. I had all three.....however, apparently 3 rock makes up rules for their coupons once you're in the store...since the beer & wine was on "sale" (still 10% higher than Daveco) I couldn't use any of the coupons I had for 3 rock. Keep in mind the coupons didn't say sale items were excluded. Don't waste your time in this store. There are several other stores in the area willing to except anyone's coupons!! Plus they are way more friendly. 3 Rock lost our business for good over $9.00.

Today was the last and final straw, I have been in this store a number of times hoping that something will get better. Today was no different! I have only purchased something from them one time due to numerous reasons such as to over pricing, not carrying my items, and mostly horrendous customer service. We have 3 liquor stores in a small area and the other 2 are so friendly and helpful, not 3 Rock!!! I was looking for an inexpensive bottle of white wine to cook with, I asked the woman at the register for one and was informed that they only carry it in a 4 pack. I told her that I never drink white wine and most likely would not use the other ones this was a very rare instance. As I left the store she made rude commentes to the customer that she was helping. I will never return to this store and pledge to tell everyone I know to visit one of the other 2 friendly and helpful stores that are only minutes away.

I have been going into this store since it reopened under new ownership and prior. Needless to say much about the first store but, which many people from this area may remember, it was short lived. The new owner knows how to deliver. I have been nothing but blow away every time I go into this store with both selection and customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE! My god I though it was extinct! These people know how to treat customers and they know what they are talking about. I got a wine that the guy recommended and it was great! It was only $12. I drink beer, booze, and wine...mostly beer but this wine tasted and went with the dinner just like he said. The selection this place has of beers is awesome for a little town like Firestone. Sure, go to Daveco and pay less. You don't go to podunk Firestone for "discount prices". This place is obviously striving for customer satisfaction and I will go there every time and I will pay a little more because they treat me like a friend and not a customer. Keep it up and I'll keep coming back!

I was so excited to see that a new liquor store came into town, more convenient to the one I typically frequent. It does have a great selection, and fun ambiance, thus the 2 stars. It stops there. I frequently entertain and also event plan corporately and privately. I have never had a liquor store NOT take a return on an item that was unopened, in pristine condition, with a receipt, for a purchase made in the last week...until today at 3 Rock Liquors. For a new business, customer service has got to be top-notch and I am sorely disappointed that the owner (who was consulted and unwilling to take the return on a $24.99 item) does not see that his decision on this one item has cost him a customer that spent over $18k on liquor last year. I love supporting local businesses and am willing to pay the 15-20% higher cost over Daveco, but I will be taking my business back to the other liquor store in town who is willing to take things back that are not used for our events. In event planning, we always overbuy and most can be used at future events, but sometimes there are client-specific requests that are not used again and need to be returned. Bummer, I was hoping this business would succeed, but it looks like we will have another retail vacancy in the future if they do not realize customer service has got to be their highest priority.

Really excellent beer selectio...

Really excellent beer selection, they have a lot of Belgium beers that I tried at the Cheeky Monk. I asked for a rum that they did not have and the owner called me the next week to tell me he got it in for me. Overall everything that I look for in a great Liqour store!

Super cool atmosphere and deco...

Super cool atmosphere and decor. Fantastic selection of liquors and wines, huge domestic, craft and import beer selection. They have three doors where you can mix your own six pack of beers. Very knowledgeable staff and the owner is really friendly and willing to get in even obscure rare drinks if you ask.

This is a nice looking store.....

This is a nice looking store... However, the owner seems to be very cocky and the prices on many of his products are 10-20% higher than most other liquor stores in the area. Good selection of beer, but still overpriced. I'm willing to bet this store will close down again in a couple of years.
