Terrible customer service, terrible nails and they demand tips in cash to not pay taxes. I do not know how they are in business. Kim the manager is a joke.

I had gotten my nails done there 2 times before and I was okay with how they turned out. Then my third time is when the horror began. I went in and got a full set (35$ is what they charged me) for my birthday and I left the salon feeling a little upset about the quality of the nails . Later finding out that there were 2 hairs in my nails?!? Yes, hairs! I went back to the salon and told them what happened and I had to wait 15 minutes before being told someone would help me fix it for free. There was a lot wrong with them, lifting , they were too big for my nail and acrylic was all over and so that got fixed but the hairs were still there . I let it go because it wasn't the guy that normally does them. So I went back a week later to get them redone! The person that normally does my nails was there and I was relieved at that. So I sat down and he started filing away. I'm used to getting my nails done and sometimes it's not so pleasant so I'm no stranger to normal nail pain, but this was not okay. He cut me not once, not twice but THREE times and one of which he couldn't get to stop bleeding! He was obviously just being careless!!! He cut me from one cuticle to the other all the way across my nail I even have I knick in my acrylic that is visible! He let me leave with the hairs still in my nails, also most of which are lifting and it has only been a week! I'm not exaggerating, don't go here ! Catch them on a bad day and you're pretty much throwing your money away I am honestly embarrassed to show my nails right now but if I take them off what a waste of money! I'm so upset, never ever going back there!!!

I don't know how I was said to have given 3 stars. I want to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately the last review was dated way back when the service was terrible. These are new owners and there at least 3 years. They are very competent and their customers are their first concern. They do a nice job and are reasonable for their work.

I would not recommend this company. I had a terrible experience and it was not handled in a professional manor.

Very unfortunate.
