First opened as the 18-room Homestead Motel in 1982, the hotel has grown to include 50 modern luxury rooms and suites as well as adjoining vacation townhouse condos and a vacation house. The hotel caters to leisure and recreational visitors to the vacation and resort area of Door County, Wisconsin as well as visitors to the nearby Peninsula State Park. Homestead suites provides nightly and weekly rentals of furnished hotel rooms and suites which includes a free complementary continental breakfast each morning. The hotel has both a heated indoor pool as well as a heated outdoor pool. For larger families and small groups Homestead Suites also has two townhouse condominiums and a vacation house which can be rented on a weekly basis.
