I recived clothes back that I had sent to be dry cleaned and I recieved the wrong order. When I tried to explain it to the woman there I could barely understand what she was saying, her english was awful! I tried calling the Chris at the Carmel store, but I was unable to get a hold of him, he would not take my calls. I returned the clothes that were given to me and as of yet have not recived my clothes back yet. I have since found a new dry cleaners that dose a wonderful job and I can understand the people. Classic Cleaners treats me like a person instead of a number.
