I would give this company 0 stars if I could, very unorganized. Company did a walk-through in the house before we rented it, we have several pictures of all the flaws in the house. When we moved out the company would not do a moving out walk through with us. They took $700.00 of my $900.00 deposit. When I moved out I we had the carpets clean, since I didn't keep the reciept so they charged me for that. They Charged me $50.00 for tightening the screws on the cabinets. The company charged me for several things that were noted in the rent contract. When I called the company to confront them about the charges, they mocked us and offered to give back $25.00. Then they told us to take them to court.
