I met a salesman at my front door and was talked into signing up for a pest spray. He had me sign on a small Ipad which I thought was for a 1 time charge but they signed me up for a year subscription including spraying for spiders and ants in the middle of winter. Also, has a $200 cancellation fee which was not told to me. The corporate office refused to work with me and admit their sales representative wasn't trained in telling the customer the details on the package.

First of all service and value is good! But, they don't disclose verbally at the time of the sale that there is a cancellation fee for terminating the service in the first year. I was told that I am getting this great discount becasue I am a new customer and that " I can cancel anytime." So this seemed like a no-brainier, but when I decided to cancel after 3 treatments I was told that I would owe $160 early cancellation fee and that I should have read the contract! Once again, the small script catch! Sure you can cancel anytime just pay a fee!

Very happy with our service. Knowledgable staff, very professional. I highly recommend their service.

Signed a year ago. They are supposed to treat all pests. Do not call to schedule, just show up. Do not treat mice, for which I paid an extra fee. Put bait boxes outside my house, then tell me I don't have nice, despite seeing evidence in attic.
