Provided by YP.comTranscranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) has emerged as a novel neuromodulation technique in the management of depression. Lotus Group provides this type of service and my review is based on the staff, particularly one employee. They were all amazing and extremely helpful. If you have questions, do not be afraid to ask them. They addressed my depression and anxiety. They were flexible and stressed the importance of completing the treatment in order for it to be successful. It will take a commitment of you the patient to complete the TMS procedure. The importance of this treatment is when all meds fail to help depression, but having a professional and kind staff is also critical for success. I am grateful for this treatment and staff. Lastly, I do not know nor am I related to any of the staff members.

Provided by YP.comThe well written, extremely detailed, astoundingly polite and positive reviews must have been written by the employees, because this place is shockingly unprofessional and unethical! I went a total of 5 times HOPING it would get better. The woman I saw actually fell ASLEEP in 3 of our sessions. Or nodded off... I genuinely think she’s on some sort of drug, but definitely shouldn’t be practicing any type of medicine. I’m a Christian but if I wanted a church service, I’d go to church instead of spending hundreds of dollars just to be read bible verses. They believe that God can intervene and solve all your problems and they constantly preach about praying more and meeting with your pastor more often. I tried that LONG before seeking professional help and as any scientist can tell you, God doesn’t cure depression. On my 5th and last visit they suddenly changed the price when I checked out by increasing it $20 and didn’t bother to tell me ahead of time or I would’ve said “Forget it!” and not wasted that final attempt at getting help. This place is a joke and should be closed. There are other, COMPETANT places to receive mental health help... just be patient even though it’s difficult when you’re struggling.

Provided by YP.comSatisfaction guaranteed in every aspect! My family has been part of the Lotus Group family for almost 5 years. I was impressed with how the office staff gets to know you so quickly! It is obvious that the doctors/counseling staff truly care about each patient. I don't know where we would be without their assistance during the teen years with my son, managing my depression and my daughter's ADHD and OCD. From the office staff to the doctors I can truly recommend them to anyone!

Provided by YP.comI have been a client of the Lotus Group for about 3 years and have always found everyone there to be extremely caring and professional. The front desk ladies always provide me with a warm welcome and are efficient in their check-in and payment/check-out procedures. Evie Jacobs is the therapist that I see and she is outstanding, as well. Evie is quick to listen and slow to speak, as well as extremely caring and dedicated to her clients. She encourages clients to journal to her through email and will often take time outside of regularly scheduled visits to respond and offer her thoughts. Additionally, she has been willing to squeeze me in to her schedule or stay later than usual to meet with me. On top of all of this, Evie is strong in her Christian faith and incorporates those values in to the therapy she provides. I strongly recommend the Lotus Group to anyone seeking therapy from a Faith-based and personalized company.

Provided by YP.comMy experience with the Lotus Group has been 100% excellent, over the last year and a half. My experience starts with the courteous service at the front desk, usually from a young lady, who offers to get me coffee, or water. The radio is consistently set to soft christian music, and the lobby is warm and comfortable. My therapist, is a sweetheart by the name of Kristy. She is very warm and caring. She remembers details from our very first meetings a year and a half ago without ever having to look at notes. As a christian, I seek not just good advice, but advice from a strong christian perspective, and find it on a consistent basis, with Kristy. I have suffered from the loss of my son for many years, seeking help from many different sources, all over town, and I truly believe God has used Kristy, as a ray of hope, and messenger of wisdom. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude.

Provided by YP.comI am a Licensed Social Worker. I sought individual therapy at Lotus Group to address multiple life stressors and specifically deal with an eating disorder. Patrick Hall (owner) assigned me to an unlicensed (he never disclosed this fact to me prior to making the referral) therapist (Evie Jacobs) whom he advertises on his website as "specializing in eating disorders." From the beginning of my work with Evie she displayed a very nonchalant attitude, poor boundaries and blatant disregard for my feelings by bringing food (including ice cream) into our sessions to eat, frequently checking her cell phone, acting completely uninterested, and eventually texting in the middle of sessions. There was never a time that she dressed or behaved in a professional manner. In a final session she discussed another patient's issues loudly in the hall with another colleague enabling me to hear the entire conversation. Then proceeded to tell me that she "saved" a fellow psychiatrist at Lotus by "firing a client" who mistreated this psychiatrist when the owner and office manager were not available. After taking the time to share with the owner (Patrick Hall) that my feelings were invalidated, my boundaries violated and many other concerns I had about not being able to continue therapy with his agency as result of this therapists actions, he offered no compensation for the time, energy or emotional investment I wasted in sessions. Odd from a man who offers a "No Questions Asked 100% Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee." Would NEVER recommend to anyone seeking therapy.

Provided by YP.comThis place sucks. The therapist I saw obviously knew nothing about eating disorders or trauma. The psychiatrist just wants to over-medicate you. The secretary was rude. They are not patient or kind or caring.
