The mission of Firefly Yoga is to create a community where all people are welcome to show up on their mat in a space of empowerment and support. We share the practices of Baptiste Yoga asana (power vinyasa), meditation (presence), inquiry (discovery) as life skills to generate, freedom, new vitality and living life to its fullest potential. The physical practice is an opportunity to gain confidence, stability and strength to live life fully. We are excited to announce the opening of our second studio location in Poughkeepsie, New York!
