I found this school on-line and I am so glad I did. It is the only school that teaches Bruce Lee's martial art of Jeet Kune Do. The training is geared for real self-defense. It is not your bare-foot white uniform traditional karate, where all you do is unrealistic forms all day. I know. I use to be a member of one of those Take-Ones-Doe School where they tested you on forms every 4 weeks to collect testing fee.



This school has been around for over 15 years, which tells you that they are for real and no fly-by-night school. The instructor is in good shape and promotes a healthy life-style. No fat Senseis here that can't even touch their toes. These guys practice what they preach.



I highly recommend this school !
