I came here for the first time last week and am amazed at how awful their work is. I asked to have the shellac manicure done. I picked a color. The color was correct but it was a lot more translucent than on the sample. I told the girl that and she proceeded to argue with me, what???? It was an easy fix, I get my nails done all the time. I have no idea what her problem was, but she did NOT fix it.



Than there was a huge bubble on one nail like all the polish clumped in one area. She pretended to not see it even after working on the nail. Not cool!!! I pointed it out she fixed it. At the end she asked me if I liked it I told her NO but I didn't have time to have them start over (not that they offered, I would have demanded it) the way I was treated was horrible. The reason for getting my nails done, my anniversary, so thanks for the awful start to an important day.



Well it's been less than a week and it's peeling off already!!!!! That has never ever happened to me ever. I should mention that I am on vacation and have not washed dishes which I usually do several times a day and still have the shellac last 3 weeks or until I'm ready for a color change.



This is unreal!!!
