Brideau is really great to deal with. They backed me up in a big way on a particular occasion at a cost that was not insignificant. They have earned my business and loyalty. Their oil delivery is seamless and I have never been below a quarter of a tank. Their boiler maintenance service is very professional. Great company!

I have been a customer for just over 3 years now since we purchased our new home. We were referred to Brideau by a friend. The service has been great. We called because our hot water wasn't working. The service man was here in less than an hour! He fixed our problem quickly and even took care of the yearly cleaning while he was there to save us another service call! Thank you!!!

I've been a customer for 1 yea...

I've been a customer for 1 year now. Their delivery service is timely and their payment options are good. I like being able to pay online through their website.



However, Brideau's Service department is HORRIBLE!



Three weeks ago we turned on the furnace for the first time this season and it started making a terrible noise. So we called Brideau and we scheduled a service call for the following week.



I left work early to be home for the appointment and nobody ever showed up. I called the following morning, and the lady said that someone made a mistake and forgot to put us on the schedule.



We again made an appointment for the following week. I again left work early to be home for the appointment and again, NO ONE CAME!



I called the service department before closing and the same lady answered. She said that "someone" had made a mistake with the schedule and had the appointment marked down for a different date than we had agreed upon.



Supposedly I am on the schedule for a technician to come in a few days from now, however I've taken enough time off from work and I'm not holding my breath.





NOTICE: You had better hope your furnace doesn't fail this winter, because the service department won't be able to get their schedule in order until next spring!



P.S. The Service lady who always answers the phone, claiming someone there keeps making scheduling mistakes; I'm fairly certain she is the only person who schedules appointments over the phone. So playing dumb with me on the phone only adds insult to injury.
