Unprofession, incompetent and rude!!!





brought a pair of tap shoes in for repair, old man at store took my deposit and said they would be ready in a week and half. 3 wks went by, no phone call, left 3 msgs to check status, no return call. finally left 4th msg saying need to pick up shoes cause daughter needs them for a competion end of the week. return call from same man saying shoes are not fixed, and he can not fix them, too damaged insisting he didn’t know extent when he himself asked for my deposit. I explained to him that the day I dropped shoes off I poked my finger thru the hole to show him and that he agreed to fix them when he asked for my deposit. I asked why he didn’t call me sooner to let me know, especially when I had left a message saying my daughter is leaving for a national completion requiring these shoes and requesting if they would not be done in time to call me as they are special order shoes. Man informed me “that’s not my problem.” I informed him that it is unacceptable, unprofessional and incompetent. He then said “you are a nasty little girl aren’t you?” I asked for my deposit back, he said he didn’t care about my money and I could come get it. I informed him he has wasted enough of my time and asked him to mail me a check. He then informed me he is “too incompetent” to write down my address to mail the check. I informed him I was filing a compliant w/ the BBB and would tell anyone who would listen how unprofessional and incompetent his company is. He then took down my name and address making me spell out everything from my 1st name to the name of my street (W-E-S-T… duhhh) four times. I finally got so frustrated I hung up on him. Waiting to see if I get my check… doubtful. Bottom line they are rude and incompetent, don’t waste your time or money!!!
