Mosquito squad came to my home in Gardner Massachusetts. I happened to be home at the time the technician came. They promised to spray around the entire home. I watch the technician look around to see if anyone was home. He remained less than 10 minutes spraying the front of the property and took off. I called the office and told them that he did not complete the work as they had described to me. They sent out what appeared to be his supervisor. It took the two of them 20 minutes to complete the perimeter of the property, in other words it should've taken him at least 30 minutes when he initially came. I came to realize that unless the property is owner is home, there is no guarantee who they hire and if they do a complete job. They explained to me there is no guarantee that it will stop all mosquito bites. Homeowners be warned unless you are home to ensure that they do what they promised to do there is no guarantee the job is thoroughly done .
