I've been a customer of the Most Office for years & never had a complaint until now. Went in to mail a package and was quoted a high amount. Took same package to the UPS store and was quoted $27 LESS. I called the Most Office and told him, he said "well good for you" when I asked why his price was so much more he said "I don't know what to tell you" then HUNG UP ON ME. Very disappointed in this HORRIBLE customer service.

I was greeted promptly and courteously (he was vacuuming so keeps the place looking good too which I liked). He finished my shipping before I knew it and the cost was reasonable. Convenient location too.

I always come here instead of the post office. So much faster and more convenient to get things shipped.

Came in, asked if they could mail a package for me and was told they have too many packages already and couldnt get to mine for a few days. REALLY?? You are a packaging/shipping store - thats what you do! If you cant handle it then get out of the business! Stop whining when customers ask for the service you claim to provide (at your convenience only). Hire some part time help to get you thru the busy season, anything - just get your act together! Went down the street to another brand of store and was greeted friendly and professionally and my package was packaged and ready for shipping in minutes!

Before the door shut I was asked if I could be helped and that was that. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was cordial and friendly. The "DON'T GO THERE" guy must have walked into a very busy day and maybe he had a chip on his shoulder just like the one that seems to be there in his review.

DON'T GO THERE, he will notarize your documents only if he feels like it, he'll do it a couple times and one day out of the blue he refuses. So if you want a reliable Notary Public, don't go there.

Also, he is really slow and every time you go there you are going to have to wait.

No a very good customer services, feels like he doesn't want you there.

Oh well, he lost two customers.
