The person who deals with customers at the Fitchburg, MA store (that buys and pawns) behind the glass treats them poorly and is arrogant and not friendly. The sign on the street says "We buy and sell everything".They don't...Exact quotes:"Get that junk out of my store""Sell your junk to a junk dealer""I have been told I am rough towards people""Don't bring me yard sale items..you should know better"I brought in a box of items (a high end game system, 20 games, power tools, quality hand tools and a powerful halogen light on a stand) which he never looked at and instead said all those things to me.I asked him to define what isn't junk and he said "Items that are worth a $100 or more".What he specifically buys was not described other than that and "things that will sell quickly"I told him if he expects people to bring him things that he wants he needs to explain and advertise specifically what he is looking for and he also needs treat them with more respect and not to be so rude and call their items "junk" and order them out of his store. I personally shall never return and neither should you. He's rude and he knows he's acting like an jerk, so save yourself the abuse; condescension and arrogance and the task have having to bring all your items back home.

We agree 100% with other reviews for this pawn shop! This guy is RUDE unprofessional & will rip you off any which way he can. As soon as you walk thru the door they look down on you not knowing a thing about u or your situation ie what brought you to a "pawn shop" do your research read reviews & find a place that treats you "the customer" with respect & is fair with their pricing, If you bring in a gold chain actually worth 1k$ he will offer you 40 MAYBE 50 bucks, that's insulting give your business to a fair reputable place NOT this rip off hole in a wall
