Heavy set African American lady is rude. Makes the offer then gets on Facebook. On 10/17/2016 I bought a camera. I was quoted a price of 156.99. It rang up at 179.99. I questioned the wrong price and the aforementioned employee said" she made a mistake. I can give you a full refund or you can leave". This is so rude and unprofessional I called corporate. We will see what happens

Avoid the overweight white guy in his late forties. He's a complete douche bag, very condescending. He'll try to offer below the minimum everytime. No matter how stressful a job is, he should still count himself luckily employed and there is never any excuse to act as foul as he. Everybody else is above and beyond in service.

-There was a fat guy there and he was the biggest douche bag I ever met in my entire life. -He was extremely condescending and I got ripped off horribly. -He treated my roommate like she was a child and couldn't handle her money. -He also placed the money in her hand and then took it back out like he was toying with her or something. -He also wouldn't do a transaction with me because my licence was expired, but it's still a valid form of Identification. -I had to make my roommate do the whole transaction. -They offered her 60 bucks for a basically new 32GB Ipad... went to the other pawn shop and got 120 for it. -He also tried to give me 10 bucks less at the last second but he wasn't getting away with that crap! -If someone who works there reads this.. please fire the bald guy who's fat with glasses. He was extremely unprofessional and mean! -Buy here but don't sell EVER. -They took my 400 dollar guitar for 55 bucks.

Very unprofessional. Was standing in line behind a woman wanting to pawn something and the employee that was helping her said to me: "Okay, I'll help you first even though you're buying a crappy PS2 game." I don't want your editorial comments about my purchases. Very insulting.

Give the employees a break. They are all doing the best they can under extremely stressful circumstances. They are severely understaffed and working under a corporation that doesn't have a clue. They have always been as fair as they could be.

I have had excellent service from this company in times of need. Pawns are cheaper then payday loans. Employees are always friendly and eager to help. It is a pawn shop folks. They are very busy due to the recession and employees deal with a lot of stress and unimaginable people. Lets be fair. Just because you did not get what you want. You are quick to write a bad review. They do all they can for me every time and love the ability to get buy financially during these tough times.

I needed to find out when my payment is due because I misplaced my receipt. I have called several times over and they never answer the phone. Not a very professional establishment.

Not a very friendly place, computer crashed 3 times plus she didn't offer me enough for gold...$15 for a 14k gold chain I felt insulted.

This is the worst pawn shop ever...the employees don't know what they are doing at all. Today i went to buy two movies and binoculars that i found there and when i went to check out they couldn't find the DVDs and the binoculars apparently didn't have a price on them so they couldn't sell them to me even though they where in the shelve for sale. If you ask me i would not shop there at all. Go to a different pawn shop maybe pawn america but never go to this place!

The reason she said that is the law says you can't sell items to other customers on their property

Employees are RUDE. I was interested in selling a TV I no longer needed. The woman told me that they could only give me $25 for it. I said I was going to decline as someone already wanted to buy it for double that. She then got irate and started yelling something along the lines of "Fine you can sell it to someone else, but if we see you sell it on our property we are going to call the police" the person I was going to sell it to was in a different city...I'm not really sure why she needed to get so mad. I let her know I did not appreciate her attitude.
