They are a great solution if you need a ride home from a doctor's appointment or medical procedure where you are not allowed to drive home yourself due to sedation. Highly recommended!!

On Wednesday, November 23, I was picked up by your driver at UW Hospitals, 600 Highland Ave., with the expectation I would be taken quickly to my home address, 2829 Barlow Street, just off University Ave., less than a 10-minute drive from the Hospital. Instead of taking me home, the driver went past my street and started to go west. I complained, but he said he had to pick up another passenger first. He turned off Univ. Ave. onto Old Middleton Rd. and then into a subdivision off Old Salk Rd. After he picked up two gentlemen, he finally took me home, about 35 minutes later. This was totally ridiculous. He said the office tells him in what order to pick passengers up. Anyone who told him to bypass my street doesn't know ZIP about the geography of Madison. I have app'ts almost every week at the Hospital and Clinics, and I know when I'm getting the shaft. I have complained about Transit Solutions before for the same reason. Passengers should be taken home when the driver goes near their houses, not according to the stupid system invented by your office or dispatcher!! Transit Solutions is a TERRIBLE company!!!

If you have no one to take you to a medical procedure where you cannot drive yourself these folks are the perfect solution.
