My daughter and I decided to have a mommy daughter day @ the nail shop! She had a full set done and I had a pedicure. My pedicure turned out pretty good. Her full set was TERRIBLE! I spoke with the owner of the shop the next day & requested to have them fixed. She started speaking vietmenese with 2 other employees and after a few minuets I spoke up and said all of you speak English. Please speak English so I can understand you. It's very rude. The owner was not very accommodating. After already driving over an hour, she instructed us to come back in an hour which we couldn't do so we left. 2 days later we are back and my daughters nails are literally half hanging off. They are so thin, flat and lumpy. I am very well versed on how acrylic nails are supposed to look, feel and function & this was a complete fail. She even tried to say that my daughter picked them. Kim would have been better off just admitting the nails looked like garbage and offered to fix them the first time. But NO!
