I have used this storage facility for many years for my RV, wave runners, and recently for a small storage unit. This facility was recommended to me by my brother and I have since recommended it to many other friends and family. Richard is friendly, funny and always offering a helping hand. He gets to know his clients and their vehicles and is well aware of people coming and going, which makes for a secure and safe place.

I've been renting a couple units from AllGuard Storage for over a year now and I have to say I have had nothing but a pleasurable experience. The owner is very friendly and very accommodating. He knows the business quite well and has been a great help in my time of need when I encountered his business over a year ago. Recently, I needed to condense my storage space and he was helpful beyond measure in getting me situated. I recommend AllGuard Storage to all my friends in transition.

When my twin brother passed away I was responsible for liquidating his estate which included a 40' motor home that he had stored at Allguard Self Storage for many years. Unfortunately, I was not an RV person, and I knew absolutely nothing about them. The facility manager, Richard, who was very personable and understanding was also exceptionally helpful in educating me about motor homes, guiding me in getting the unit in running condition again, and advising me on how to go about selling it. It took many months to accomplish all of this, and every time we were at the storage facility Richard was always friendly, helpful, and even encouraging. I could not have had better guidance from anyone. Therefore, I would highly recommend Allguard Self Storage just because of the wonderful help that I received from Richard.

It has been a horrible experience. The gentleman that runs it is very angry. We were 1 minute late one time taking some things in to put in our trailer and he locked us in, closed the gate and said he'd let us out when he decided to. This was after he bullied us by standing in front of our truck and glared at us like he was going to kick our butts. 1 minute after 7:00. Then last evening we hurried to get back by 7:00 so we could get our trailer pulled in and parked, were there by 6:30 and he had changed to winter hours so we were trying to get turned around and pull back out cause gate was locked and here he came. We said we didn't know he had changed to winter hours so early in Sept and he smirked and said I'll be glad to let you in. So my husband said how grateful we were and now we knew, then he said that'll be $25. I told my husband. Get outta here! This guy is so grouchy and so mean. We will not be taking our trailor back, will lose half a month pat but he is ruthless
