The repair tech was good, but the service in their office was terrible.

I've used them for 3 out-of-warranty repairs on appliances, when scheduling the appointments they asked for specific symptoms and had the parts they suspected they needed on the truck so they could make repair right away. In one case it was actually a different problem then my over-the-phone description lead them to believe and the tech rushed in a call to the shop to make sure they could get it next day .. They're 3 for 3 with me. 5 stars

I don't care how many incoming calls you are taking at a time, you still have to be nice.

after having another company out, we called Sub-zero and they recommended Appliance Service Today. Experience was excellent, professional and knowledgeable about my refrigerator and wine storage unit. not the cheapest, but i learned my lesson about having cheap service work on my expensive kitchen appliances. Great company, and everyone we have worked with there has been very helpful and professional. I first called on the late afternoon before a holiday. Denise, who answered the phone, really scrambled to get us some help with our dishwasher before a crowd of company showed up. She was professional, helpful, and understood my panic. The service people were wonderful and went out of their way to help. The ONLY appliance repair company I will ever use again.

Dryer went out a week before Thanksgiving. Took 2 weeks for them to come out. They said part was ordered. Jan 2012 they installed the part. Still not working right.

This is such a bad company. The repair man never called me before showing up and never knocked at the door. I took off work to get my dishwasher fixed and then when I called them to ask where they were the lady Denise that answered the phone was SOO rude!! She basically called me a liar and told me that it was my fault because I "wasn't home" which I was!! This company has such bad customer service that I called GE (who set up the appointment) and told them they should stop using them as a repair service. They are taking my request seriously because of all the other complaints they've received.

They came after i called another company more prominently in the phone book. I was given an estimate of $1800 from the other guys and didn't feel right about it. Called the manufacturer and they recommended appliance service today and gave me their phone number. Repairman explained the problem with the refrigerator and was very regretful when he gave me the repair quote, $480, because of the large scope of the repair!!! The part needed to be ordered, and was supposed to be 3 days for transit, i requested to overnight ship the part and they were actually able to make it happen. I am so happy to have an honest company and will recommend them to all of my neighbors.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....I called for a refrigerator repair, they charged my for the part and labor and the refrigerator malfunctioned two weeks later with the same problem. I called them on a Thursday to come fix the problem and they said they would be out the next day. The next day I waited until five before calling them and being told the appointment was never made....the next day the refrigerator burned it's engine out...all of which could have been avoided with proper scheduling and repairs the first time out.....Over $200 spent on a worthless repair...DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$ with these jokers!!!

I CALLED THIS COMPANY AND A FRIENDLY VOICE ANSWERED. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION THE LADY SCHEDULED A REPAIRMAN OUT. THEY CALLED BEFOR COMING OUT,SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE REFRIGERATOR COOLING AGAIN. THE PRICE WAS OUT OF A FLAT RATE BOOK WITH NO "EXTRAS" ADDED IN. THIS IS MY GO TO COMPANY FROM NOW ON. JR
