I have been using this appraiser since 1980 for pre-listing appraisals, commercial appraisals, estate appraisals, etc. and they were always professional which is why I continued to use them. One of the reasons they were so darn busy was they were called upon to do expert witness testimony and trained several apprentices. When I found out about this review from 6 years ago, I was stunned to see it. Of course, it's always a shame if someone has a bad experience, but his review was very vague and I don't see how this appraisal firm was even "looking for more business as they were always swamped! The only complaint I have ever had with this company in 20 years is they were very busy and missed several due dates for me but once received, corrections were rare! The owner has now retired and I continue to use the new owners for my appraisal needs and would recommend you give them a try.

Don't ever use this Co. to do an appraisal for you. If they are the ones doing the appraisal for you in AZ,fire them and find someone else immediately. These guys picked my business off the internet. They sat on my appraisal for 10 days before even going to the property. I called this guy and asked what was taking so long, after all I am paying him to do the appraisal. He got upset because I called and he held the appraisal for another 10 days after he had it completed. When the appraisal hit the bank it was done incorrectly and had to be sent back to him to make the corrections. Another 5 day delay. This guy is the most unprofessional person I have ever come accross. Run as fast as you can from this guy!!!
