They where very helpful and just want to say thank you, because of you my computer works.

Horrible business! Not only did Dr Dan break the screen on my laptop, he tried to say we brought it in that way. He was so rude and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend you do not use this business.

Having owned quite a few computers throughout my years,I have been to many service shops for reviews of technical service,and treatment throughout Northern Arizona. The worst place you could ever take your computer for service would be "Computer Medix" Daniel Adamovich",also known as "Dr. Dan",who has been known to escalate pricing for repairs,including but not limited to,installing spyware remote viewing software without any knowledge or authorization in doing so. This has happend on a few times when I dealt with him,but the icing on the cake was when my computer crashed several days back. After looking at the computer,we discussed price and agreed on $50 to $60.00. When I came to pick up my laptop,the price now became $175.00. I was upset that Mr. Adamovich took it upon himself to simply change pricing as he saw fit without any ok from me first. After that the price was dropped to now $75.00. I agreed on the price,because I have had over 3,000 photos and documents,personal info etc. When the computer crashed several days later for the same issues,I took it back to Computer Medix,and Mr. Adamovich now raised the price to $120.00 plus,including the already spent price of $75.00. I never recieved paperwork for services performed,and took that as an indication of the business being shady. I then suggested that he (Dr. Dan) make good on the warrenty promise,or I would report this to Merchant Services,and reverse credit card charges. Mr. Adamovich wished to avoid all that and offered to pretend to remedy the matter. On 3/14/2013..he (Dan Adamovich) called for me to pick up my laptop. when I came home and turned it on...all my photos and personal data and documents were all removed with deliberate intent. he chose not to even inform me of this,and rather waited till I discovered myself. Later that day, I called the police department and also decided on placing a civil complaint against the business in the coming days ahead with the BBB,and also with the Civil Courts in Coconino County Jurisdiction...Do yourself a favor,and avoid this business at all costs! My goal is to blog these complaints as far as I can take it, What Daniel Adamovich has done to me was personal and with melicious intent and the loss of data,and pictures are priceless to me at this point. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR COMPUTER. I recommend Data Doctors from this point on! Note: Since I have to rate this business,it wont let me post unless I do. it deserves 5 zeros below,but I have to post at least one star. This business deserves less then that.

I have been a customer of Computer Medix for over ten years and they have always provided exceptional service. I am disabled and cannot bring my computer in for repair and they will pick it up and deliver it and hook it back up for me. They go above and beyond to help their customers.

I have been going to Dr. Dan for computer repair and advice for over 10 years now, and he has always treated me well.The last time I went there for help, my hard drive was failing, and he was actually able to restore it along with my windows operating system. He has always been extremely honest and willing to help me out.

I took my laptop in for physical damage to my LCD screen. The owner fumbled around with it for 4 weeks. He never called me and when I did call him for a simple update he would get all upset. Stating things like, "If I have news for you I will call you. Since you called me I obviously don't have it done". When he did call me it was to tell me he ordered the wrong part and would have to order another part. Eventually he did get it working. However, my Windows was working on an external monitor when I brought it in. I received a phone call stating that windows was corrupt and would need to be clean installed. I didn't understand his lingo and out of frustration I said go ahead with the work. So he wiped my hard drive and re-installed windows.Now I have a working computer but lost all my data that I have been saving for years. I spent over $400 dollars on a 4 year old laptop. I went back to tell him I couldn't find my data. He just said he didn't have the data and if he didn't have
