Horrible company. They "lost paperwork", said they picked up our stuff and was on route to delivery, turns out they called back and said they hadn't picked it up yet. I called our carrier and they said the had indeed, called them back and they said they just found it, they had misplaced papers and would be delivering that night. So the delivery was days late which cost our company over $1000 in change of flight charges because now we had to extend our stay, which also extended hotel, rental car and food charges.

They offered a discount for their error but later told us they couldn't apply it.

Now they are billing my carrier and not us because according to them we do not have an account with them......even though the bill of lading that they had me fill out stated that we are to be billed( they should have had us create and account when I wall filling out the bill of lading for them).

Hire them if you don't mind being screwed!
