Took my 2012 Cascadia in for service and wow what an absolute nightmare. First it was like walking into a black hole, nobody knew what was going on with my truck, couldn't get anyone to answer my questions. After 6 phone calls with no answers to my questions I went down there and spoke with their service advisor Chris. After 10 minutes of looking for information on my truck I received an estimate for repairs and it wasn't even for the problems I brought it in for. I asked what this was and they told me they couldn't find the problem I had requested they look at but they did a "Free" inspection and found several "other" problems which is what the estimate was for. I ask to speak to the Service manager and was told Craig Lopez was not there but the general service manager 'Beef' "WTF" was there. After waiting for 45 minutes I was finally able to speak with "BEEF" I ask for his name and told him that beef wasn't very professional he told me his name was larry winiewitcz (don't know if I spelled that right). I told him what had happened and he said "it is what it is" if we can't find the problem there's nothing we can do but we can fix the items we found on our inspection (which by the way was not authorized by me). I told him no and to bring me my truck, he said there was a bill on it and I had to pay $146 bucks for their check out time. Oh did I mention my truck is still under warranty. I informed him that my truck was still under warranty and I shouldn't be paying anything. He said that if they are not able to make a warranty repair then the customer must pay. I was livid and told him to bring my truck up. He said "pay the bill and I will". I got up and left, called the Freightliner help desk and spoke with a gentleman named Matt. He called the dealership and put them on a three way with me. In the end Matt ended up giving them some authorization to bill Freightliner and they let my truck go. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALER!!!!! EVER!!!! and to have a service manager with the name BEEF what a joke of course he looks like a side of beef couldn't even get out of his chair to shake my hand.

The previous reviewer obviously did not understand how careful and thorough Freightliner of AZ handles their business. 1) They are very aware that RVers have lives to live, need to be on their way and do not want us stranded; 2) The process they use is organized and simple - immediately analyze the problem, check availability of parts, work up an estimate and present it to the customer. When the customer and the insurance company involved (if there is one) agree, the parts are ordered. Upon arrival of the parts they assign a specialized mechanic for your repair, and he begins as soon as possible. You are not moved to the bottom of the list!! It does take patience, but you will get the best service they can give! 3) And, they do not have any deals with local hotels other than to recommend a reasonable place to stay if needed. In fact, they offered to bring our rig out of the shop for us to use the nights it was in repair. It sounds like that reviewer expected to come in, get immediate repairs done and be on they way and ignore the fact that there are men and women whose livelihoods depend on their trucks! Jessica and our mechanic, Cory, tried their best to get our repairs completed as soon as possible, which we appreciate. We would not hesitate to recommend any Freightliner of AZ facility - especially the Flagstaff location!

Provided by YP.comCustomer service is exceptionally well considering the way the employees are treated. management knows nothing of their jobs and miss treats their workers and customers. If customers only had to deal with the staff I highly recommend but the management always comes to play and therefore making this shop not a place i would recommend

Horrible customer service. They take on more work than they can handle and are extremely disorganized. They seem to think it's normal to strand customers for a week or so. They start working on your vehicle and if they have to stop for any reason, you go to the back or the line and then have to wait to get scheduled again for them to work on it. They have a deal with a local hotel and even the hotel staff said “Oh no, you're not at Freightliner! They never finish when they tell you.”They were right. We talked to truckers that had been stranded for a week and heard of cases of two weeks. Do NOT go to Freightliner in Flagstaff Arizona.
