We were towed to kc's Auto shop in the middle of the night. Being unexpectedly stranded in Flaggstaff we had NO idea where to look for help. Thank god we were towed to KC's! They were fast, efficient, friendly, and very amiable! The cost of repair was more than resonable it was down right affordable! They are fantastic and if yopu need a good honest mechanic in Flaggstaff, youve found it here! Thank you KC, Mike, and Josh for your help! You guy's are great :) Leilani H. of SLC, UT.

I received poor service from this shop. The vehicle was not fixed. I would not recommend them and I would be careful using them for anything other than basic maintenance.

KC Auto has really been a life saver for us. They are real people that genuinely want to save you money. We have taken three different cars to KC Auto, each for a different problem. They always give us a great deal and we have had no issues with those vehicles since.Most recently my 2002 Chevy Avalanche was running poorly and I thought it was a fuel system problem. I called around to get pricing on fuel system cleaning and when I called KC's they asked what my lowest quote was and then beat it by $5. However, since we really weren't sure what was wrong with the car, we decided to just have them do diagnostics instead of the original fuel system service. My car was showing 7 codes. KC Auto fixed multiple things and after 1.5 hours they gave me a confirmed diagnosis. Even after all that work, they still only charged me the $60 they quoted me for the fuel system cleaning. Thanks to KC Auto, I avoided major damage to my car. We will definitely return for future repairs. Highly Recommend!

I went to KC's Auto Repair on a Saturday. My vehicle had a grinding noise and KC found it was a stuck brake caliper. He got the parts the same day and got me back on the road at a great price, Thansk KC

This guy is a work of art. Had him replace a fan belt, he did not check coolant level the car overheated on the way home. I called him he said bring it back which I did he replaced the themostat with the wrong one, now the heater does not work. When I approached him about making it right he threatened me with bodily harm. $450 and the car is still not working correctly. Protect your wallet and your car avoid this place.

I was traveling through and my brakes started to grind and Kc's auto was the first auto shop on the strip. He found the problem and quoted me the price, it was a great price and i had them do it. they said about three hours and got it done in about an hour. Tony worked hard and did it right the rest of the staff was very professional .

KC's auto does good work for a great and reasonable price they seem to be able to help me out everytime I go in. thanks guys

KC's Economy auto repair house deserves a zero star rating. I was stranded in a small motorhome on the 4th of July weekend and I knew that the problem was a broken fuel line or lost connection. I was told by the owner that my vehicle would be fixed the next day. The next morning I called the shop and was told that they had drained 15 gallons of fuel from the tank and the owner said he and his crew were tired and wanted to go home. They would work on it Tuesday morning (3 days) later. I explained that I had left it with him because he said he would fix it right away. He got rude and said he was closing his shop. I ask for names of other repair shops and he said he would put the 15 gallons back in my vehicle and never did. He stole 15 gallons on my fuel and did not fullfill the promise to complete a job on time. I hope his car chokes on it.

The mechanic misdiagnosed the issue with my car and charged me $800 for a repair that did not solve the problem I brought it in for. The owner was extremely rude, and refused to do anything about it. On top of that, they broke my front bumper and then completely denied anything to do with it. Unbelievable! The bottom line is that the mechanics are not competent and the owner doesn't have enough integrity to deal with mistakes his employees make.
