Justin installed our new furnace and thermostat. He along with his assistant did a great job, cleaned up and we would highly recommend Master Mechanical for a furnace install.

This was an excellent experience in all respects. The response to the message about problems with my furnace was prompt and friendly. No complaint with a service call within 90 minutes of the request. Sam, the technician, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even had the part on his truck. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend Master Mechanical to everyone. I had contacted three other companies in Flagstaff about the problem, one advertised 24/7 response. I have not had any contact from the other companies.

They told me they were replacing my 80% efficiency furnace with one that was "much more efficient". They replaced it with another 80% efficiency furnace. I called the owner to complain and asked him to do what he thought was right. He went off on me over the phone and decided the "right thing to do" was charge me the original price of $2000 plus tax. This was for a $750 retail price furnace plus a total of 5 hours of his employee time so he clearly had some room to compensate me a little for his share of this misunderstanding. They also advertise a 7% senior citizen discount which they did not give me. I have no complaint about the workmanship but you cannot trust what this company tells you and I did not deserve to be yelled at by the owner.
