We were anxious to lease a property for one month to evaluate the livability of Pine Canyon. After much back and forth with a member of the sales team we picked a property. It was inferred that we could bring our pet but were told, at the end that we couldn't. We were summarily brushed off from that point. We retire in two years and are looking hard at the Flagstaff area to settle in but I don't think Pine Canyon wants us. It is beautiful but beauty alone won't sell properties. Cooperation and salesmanship counts too.
