Whatever you do don't take your animals here if you can help it. They are all about the money, not about the care. I was in a 70 mph roll over accident in June in the middle of the night in which my beloved German Shepherd was thrown from the vehicle and injured. They had a vet tech assess him and she determined he wasn't hurt badly enough to be seen right away! When they finally did get around to seeing him he was in very serious condition, had to stay for 2 days and nights, & several thousand dollars later we could take him home (Lake Havasu City AZ ) to see our vet. We were from oot of town and didn't have the credit card lines high enough to charge the care and they would not do any thing except assess him without full payment up front. I explained to them I could get the money deposited before he was released but that wasn't good enough. Again it was the middle of the night!
There's another 24 hr vet clinic in Flagstaff. I suggest you go there.
