This visit is essential in prioritizing treatment and determining what will be needed to help you attain and maintain a healthy mouth. The digital x-ray uses an electronic sensor (not x-ray film) that captures and stores the digital image of the teeth on a computer. If you have lost one or more permanent teeth due to accident, illness, dental disease, or aging, removable partial or full denture replacement can be a good option.
