Property advertised as a world class resort??? Pool was dirty and there were no chaise lounges. Two wire picnic tables with umbrellas were there which were very uncomfortable. Pool was only opened from 9AM to 6PM but sundown was at 8:45 PM. Trash was overflowing in the dumpster. No coffee shop like website stated. The Coffee Brew supposedly is opened 24/7 but no one is allowed to sit and relax in the clubhouse. Roads had pot holes and rough patches in them. Most of the current homes had "for sale" signs on them.
