Carol Y is a good doctor. However, I felt the other office staff found every excuse to run up a bill. I would take a cat for a respiratory infection. They would charge me for an ear swab, ear cleaning, ear cleaner, and ear mite treatment. I could get ear cleaner at Boyers for 1/4 of the price and clean the cats ears myself. Then do such things as coax me into unneeded flea medicine and vaccines. After numerous $200-$300 bills, I stopped going. They charge you an extra $30 for same day visits. The Oley Valley Animal Clinic doesn't do any of this run your bill up as much as we can stuff.
