Martin Construction built a 30 x 30 post-frame garage/workshop for me, insulated, with a finished interior and electrical. They were very flexible at working with me to hit my goals. They did an excellent job with the construction and site prep. And the cost was very reasonable. This included a suitable floor and junction box in the ceiling for a 10k lift. During the build I had two minor concerns, but Kyle, Ray, and the team immediately addressed both perfectly. Their subcontractors for the electrical work, overhead doors, and gutters also were excellent. The building is straight, solid, tight, and even my wife and visitors think that it looks great. It doesn't take much to keep it warm - a couple small space heaters do the job if I catch it before it gets too cold, though I do prefer to keep it only at about 50-55degF. The insulation also keeps noise down to the point that it's not noticeable even while I'm in there running an air hammer with the compressor running once someone's just a short distance away. With the doors closed, I have no concern about disturbing my neighbors. The building was finished in January of 2017 and I'm still very happy with it. So I thought I'd share that I highly recommend them. Be sure to check them out if you're in southeastern PA.
