Just had breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Fee at Coastal Cosmetic Center. Excellent treatment! Wonderful staff. I would highly recommend their services to any of my friends and family.

Office staff had been rude, unaccomadating and just pathetic. First saw Dr. Wallace 12-16-11 for a reduction - I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to get approval from my insurance company. By the end of Feb, my insurance company still had never received any paperwork from Coastal. It took Coastal another 1.5 months to get my insurance company the paperwork. Then in April they left me a voice mail of when my surgery was and my pre-op appt. a month past when I asked for surgery. I asked for something in June. Finally after several calls got everything scheduled when I wanted. I showed up for my pre-op appt. only to be told all pre-op appt. were at their other office, that I had never been too; seems the could have mentioned that when they made the appt. I finally had the surgery and the Dr. said to make my follow-up for 1 wk at the office of my choosing. I just called and tried to make an appt. - I live near Cecil Field and my mom who will be driving me lives in mandarin, so I asked for an appt. after 11-am at Fleming Island office - told me they could only see me @ 8:45-am or 3:30pm at south point off JTB -- REALLY??? So much for taking care of their patients!
