Eckert & Associates, P.A collects subrogation claims across the nation through a series of telephone calls, letters, arbitration and litigation. You have 24 hour a day on-line access to the status and financial information regarding your claims. Nationwide network of attorneys for litigation files. We investigate claims with drivers, witnesses, police officers, and adverse parties. When recorded statements have not been taken, we take them. Where police reports have not been obtained, we obtain them. Licenses are revoked on uninsured motorists if possible. Favorable documentation is sought after final resolution by traffic and criminal courts and used to assist our file. We arbitrate where allowed and when best for our client. Statutes of limitation are a top concern. We strive for accuracy in determining evidence and laws regarding liability. We understand putting together a prima facia case with our locally licensed referral attorneys with evidence that supports the contentions, including addressing each element, duty owed, breach of contract, proximate cause and proof of injury, damage, or loss. We address spoliation of evidence issues. We understand the need for experts and how to use their reports. Our referral attorneys pursue legal fees where allowed. We follow state law regarding comparative vs. contributory negligence. Our office is flexible and will work around the needs of your office.
