A wonderful experience for us! We searched for more than 2 months for our family puppy and finally got it here. The owner worked with us for a few weeks until we got our "Toby". The vet package included with the purchase is a great addition as it covers a lot of things since you never know what will happen with a puppy once you get it home. The place smells good unlike others we visited.

We went as a family to specifically purchase a dog that would be allergy friendly. The owner showed us a 11 week "Morkie". We ended up purchasing him. When I took him to the vet they pointed out that the animal was sold to us with an expired health certificate (which it's illegal to sell an animal with an expired HC). In addition he was cryptorchid (a genetic defect - making it necessary to neuter the dog - which we planned to do anyway - but it increases the price of the surgery dramatically). When these things were pointed out the owner did nothing to rectify the situation and only suggested I bring the dog back for a refund. My kids were already attached to him by that point which made that option unrealistic, plus I did not want to take the dog back where they obviously weren't getting cared for. We've had him for a year and now that he's reached his adult size I can say with certainty that he most definitely is NOT a Morkie which my veterinarian agrees. Makes me think all my paperwork was probably falsified.

Horrible Customer Service

I went in Vanity Pups expecting to purchase a new puppy for my family, but was immediately brushed off by the manager on duty today. She did not bother to greet me when I walked in. I did understand the fact that she was helping other customers but that is no excuse to be rude and not greet customers when you see them walk in. Good customer service would have been "Hi how are you"? " I will be with you shortly" instead she walks right past me as if I'm not there. And, then was very rude when I asked her why was she ignoring me. That was my first and will definitely be my last time visiting Vanity Pups. Not an upscale puppy store at all.

We recently purchased our Shiba Inu at Vanity Pups. He is a great addition to our family and our experience at Vanity was great. They include a good bit of vet care with the puppy purchase if you use their vet (Plantation Animal Hospital). This was a great selling point for us and really had a great experience. We highly recommend checking out Vanity Pups if you are looking to add a furry friend to your family!

I had booked an appointment at another place on Fleming Island, waited for over an hour and the groomer was a no show. Went to Vanity Pups, they worked me in immediately, did a great job on my Westie and Scottie. Very happy. Will continue going back.

We absolutely love Vanity Pups! We take our Australian Sheppard, Gus, there once every few months and are absolutely thrilled with his cut every time. The service is wonderful, and on our third Groom we got a VIP discount just for coming! I thought that was really nice of them to acknowledge us like that.

I just purchased a boston terr...

I just purchased a boston terrier puppy and noticed he was scratching a lot when we got him home in the afternoon. The next morning he had gotten dirty by rolling in his poop so we washed him only to find fleas on him. Hadn't had him 24 hours nor had he gone outside yet and I am being told by the petshop that none of their dogs have fleas and he must have gotten from where he has been since I purchased him. What??? Are you kidding me. We heard a conversation that the vet was going to charge them more for a dog that was being treated had fleas and the owner shoved the girl away and said he would take care of it later as he is dealing with a customer (me) right now. Are pet shops not supposed to sell dogs with fleas? I paid almost $1300 for this dog you would think they we be free of fleas. I am not impressed with out the pet shop shoves it to me the purchaser's problem and for that price not taking responsbility. Very upsetting.
