I thought the repairs were legitimate until I brought to a real mechanic and found out I was overcharged and the work done was not good. Only my opinion, but did not find George ultimately to be honest. Found my water pump was cheap. Suspect I was ripped off both times I brought the car there.
Stay Away! Would not be surprised if the good reviews were fake.

One of the nicest people i've met. All work very hard to get the job done. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle in if you need it to get fixed.

George is a brilliant man, mechanic, problem solver...you name it. He is a wonderful business man and a gem of a friend. Anyone should bring any auto to George and he and his men will have it fixed up and running great!!

I brought my fully restored 1971 Jaguar XKE roadster to George about 6 years ago. Tho beautiful, it had problems functionally. The suspension, top, and bad cams. George had a custom top made, it fits wonderfully, he initially got my stock suspension working properly, then installed a Rob Beere Fast Road suspension that made a world of difference. When the engine was built, we used a re ground set of cams from a well known Jaguar specialist, they failed. George had to remove the head, replace all the valves, along with the valve guides, on an engine with custom fuel injection. When I got it back, it was flawless! I can highly recommend him for ANY of your XKE needs.

George and team are the best. They know the cars, do fantastic work and I trust them implicitly to fix my Jag. Don't go anywhere else.

George and his guys did a fabulous job getting my '79 MGB back on the road several years ago, after years of storage due to multiple issues. They did expert repair and maintenance up until I sold the car. While I don't own a British car at the moment, I still follow their work on Facebook, especially the expert restoration projects that they do.

I have had many poor experiences over the years at other shops, but George and his crew have really set my Land Rover up to my satisfaction. They have done the work as asked and at a fair price. They also didnt mind talking with me about what was done and taking time going through things without getting aggrevated. Thanks guys

George and his staff recently undertook a large amount of work on a 20 year old Land Rover Discovery for me. Their expertise and attention to detail on these trucks is second to none and my Discovery drives extremely well now. They have earned my business for the long term and I recommend anyone looking for a Land Rover/Jag specialist to give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I recently took my 2007 RR Sport in for its 30k service and I could not be happier. George saved me a bunch of cash by foregoing unnecessary maintenance that was suggested by the dealership. I gave him a long list of things I thought needed to be done and he took the time to go over it with me and jot down notes on what the garage did. George is extremely knowledgeable and is a pleasure to deal with. Even though it takes me almost an hour and a half to get to the garage, it is the only place I will get my Range Rover serviced.

George has an encyclopedic knowledge of Jaguar foibles and the required solutions. This knowledge not only covers the car’s problems, but also the vendors who supply the best parts. I have used George’s shop not only for general maintenance, but also for restoration where his knowledge of source materials is unlimited. Just visiting and looking at the cars in his care is like going to a British auto show. George makes owning a Jaguar a joyful experience.

George and his team did excellent with my XJ8 after two other mechanics messed it up. Authorized Imported Cars is the only place I will bring my Jag from now on.Thanks for bringing it back to life!

These guys are Great! My Jaguar runs and drives better than ever. Besides a major tune-up and service they took car of a dent and a few scratches as well as doing a full detailing. Now my car looks as well as it performs. Its hard to find a shop as specialized as this on and that can take care of all your needs in house.

I brought a 2004 Disco II with 96k miles to this Land Rover/Jaguar specialist for a pre-purchase inspection. I expected to pay a hundred bucks to have a half-interested guy glance under the hood and declare it fine. What happened instead was pretty remarkable. George was as thorough and persistent in his inspection as I have ever seen. He managed to uncover a few minor and one very significant problem with the truck which a non-specialist would not have done. He saved me buying a potential time bomb. From now on, I will only go to this shop for Land Rovers.

During mid-2012 and 2013, Don's Jaguar Service overhauled my 1986 Mercedes 560SL and 1964 Pontiac Bonneviile engines.I presented Don and George with my Mercedes 560SL. The body, its engine block and transmission and 20 boxes of parts arrived on a tow truck. I'll spare you the ancient history. Despite the many difficulties that the complex machining and reassembly required my Mercedes engine can't be heard, nor felt, while the car is idling. My car's now like a It's like a rocket. Engine performance and handling are outstanding. An unexpected benefit was a nearly 25% increase in MPG. When it was new, my car's published MPG was 13-14 MPG. Following the overhaul, I get an incredible 20.5 MPG.The job was so very well done, that I entrusted my beloved 1964 Pontiac to George, so he could overhul my near-lifeless 389 engine. I wanted to add a 4-BBL and dual exhaust, while he was at it.The job was far more complicated than anyone could've imagined and unexpected challenges occured, seemingly at every turn. Regardless, George kept me well informed of each development. He persisted and completed the job with outstanding results. I'm so very pleased with my beloved Pontiac. I have been having George and his crew at Authorized Imported Cars maintain all of my vehicles for the past 20 or so years. Always professional, friendly, and honest. I dont know what I would do without them. I have had American cars and British Cars and even an Alfa Romeo that they took care of for me. My Favorite was my Jaguar, know affectionately as the "Elephant", they kept her in tip top-shape for me for many happy miles!
