Really great company to work with!

Awesome staff that is more than helpful! They answered all my questions to make sure I got the right products needed for my project, they even gave me some tips for installing my new floors since I was taking on the job myself.

Took my deposit and left me with a demoed bathroom. Made a mess didn’t measure floor tight. The installer was 2 inch shy of the wall with the floor tile. He should have ripped it our snd did it again. Instead he filled the giant gap with grout and hoped I wouldn’t notice. He proceeded to install the wall tile and created a mistake again running the tile behind the floor on that wall instead of running the wall over the tile. Best Tile ripped the floor out but had no solution for the incorrect wall as they didn’t want to incur even more costs. I wanted the whole side redone and I was told to go shove it. They took their tools and left and took my money. After in incredibly rude text from the owner I’m out 3 k as he kept my money. Pictures below. Don’t walk run out if this pkace

Let me start by saying this is the first time i have ever have posted an review but given the experience I had I felt compelled to let the general public know what they are potentially getting into. I had Best Tile in Flemington do a total renovation on my master bathroom. A new bathroom should last a minimum of 15-20 years on the workmanship. After 3+ years the main threshold into the shower literally developed a crack right down the middle which means one of two things happened 1) was installed improperly or 2) the piece was defective. In either case, Best Tile should stand behind their work. After numerous calls and left messages I was told it was not their problem and gave me a number of another tile and marble contractor to come and take a look at it which I would have to pay for. There are only two ways to remedy the problem is to replace the threshold which would require removing the shower doors and reinstalling them at a cost of over$1000 or have the crack filled with something which is a less than desirable fix. In addition, I had two tiles on the (outside of the shower area which does not get wet) literally fall off the wall. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option. Stay away

Our experience was quite good with the team @ BEST Tile. The sales team was fine - not condescending and i did not get talked down to. My wife did most of the interaction and they were fine with a woman buyer.



Estimates were a bit off but overall very satisfied.

We had a superb experience with the folks at Best Tile & Wood. First, Ted and Ralph at the Flemington store and John at the Doylestown branch were very helpful and accomodating when we were trying to decide what type of flooring to put down. They lent us multiple samples to take home and evaluate. When we finally decided on flooring that they did not normally carry, they went out of their way to get if for us and gave us a discount that another dealer would not. They got the flooring way in advance of when we needed it and help for us with no complaints. This week we were ready to have it installed. The delivered the material two days in advance so that it could reach the same temperature as our house before installation. And their two installers, Kalman and Diago, did an outstanding job installing it. They accommodated our every need, were meticulous putting it down and thoroughly cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We could not be happier. By the way, Milt they have a store in PA as well as in NJ and have to charge tax in both states. And, britishbulldog, I don't wear any kind of suits (I'm retired) and I drive a Honda Accord. Everyone at Best Tile treated my wife and I with courtesy and respect and were extremely friendly.

I live in Bucks county PA and in the cost estimate he charged NJ sales tax when I pointed out NJ tax law per NJ Bulletin S&U-4 andNJ Publication ANJ-10, state sales and delivery to out of state do not get taxed by NJ. I was told if I question them about collecting NJ sales tax I am not welcome as a cutomer.

I don't get the other reviewers comments. THere is nothing about this place that says you need Armani suits or a Lexus. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Their price was right inline with the other tile store I visited. THey maybe more than Home Chepot but the big box store has crap.



Best tile and WOod is recomennded to anyone in the area in need of tile.

I would not suggest going to this location due to the rude attitude of the employees. If you do not drive a Lexus and wear Armani prepared to be brushed off, and talked down to. However, if you enjoy smug people and back handed comments then this is the store for you! Overpriced tile and lack of customer service await you.
