A couple of times now, I've needed parts to repair my own appliances - drier drive belts (2 different driers), stove parts, oven heating elements, and now a latch for the dishwasher. I had to wait a few days for one of the stove parts, but didn't have to pay for shipping. Most of the time, Burkett has had the parts I need in stock and even if the price isn't quite as low as some of the ones I find online, the difference is minor; the parts are usually in stock for immediate pickup and if I have any questions about changing the parts, they gladly explain it to me. All in all, I'm quite pleased they are there and hope that this one "brick and mortar" store is never replaced by an online shopping cart...

I purchased a new gas stove from Burkett Supply. They were very knowledgeable, professional, delivered and installed as scheduled.

I have been a customer of Burketts for over 30 years... They have been my supplier and service company for all my appliances at three of my homes and currently my rented condo... They have always been accommodating and prompt to service when needed...I also house-sit in Hopewell, the owners of that home have also used Burketts for years. I have no complaints. I'm sorry someone had a bad experience, but I doubt if that is a common occurrence... I'm a very satisfied customer.
