If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to see if I could get a Tux quickly. The gentleman on the phone said that usually would be a $40 rush charge but if I got there in 15 minutes it would not be charged. Got in my car, drove to the store in Flemington. When I drove up to the store I was greeted with not one, not two but three employees hanging out side the store at the door smoking and talking. I went inside and one of the gentlemen asked me what I needed. I explained about the rush tux and not been charged the $40 rush order fee etc. He said that there was no way he could waive the fee. I explained about talking on the phone etc. and he got the person to whom I spoke previously on the phone. He said he never said anything about not charging me the $40 fee and it would be $40. I left the store and Jos A Banks have lost a customer for life. Jos A Banks don't realize that Flemington shoppers are very loyal and don't like bad customer service. Word of mouth is more powerful than any advertising campaign.

PS The store was empty. I wonder why?





Update Men's Warehouse in Bridgewater will have my tux in 24 hours with no rush fee.
