Great selection of fabrics, leather, foam, etc. Staff has always been very knowledgable and helpful when I've been there. Great clearance prices too!

I have never had any problem getting help when I needed it at Foam and Fabric. I have had to wait at times, but this is only because they were very busy. The sales personal have been knowledgeable, courteous and willing to answer my questions and show me where something was if I couldn't find it. I like the variety of materials they have and the convenience of it being not too far from my home. I would recommend this store to others.

I've never had any problems there. Why does someone have to have someone to hold their hand to pick out a piece of cloth?

Terribly rude employees. They have a great selection, but I will not be going back after my experience yesterday. I've been a customer for 2+ years, and have had several bad experiences with their employees, but finally decided I will no longer drive 25 minutes out of my way for a store that offers zero customer service. Last night I asked an employee to cut some fabric for me. She replied, "I'm in the middle of helping someone else right now." I assumed she would assist me once she was done with the other customer or send another employee. However, after waiting twenty minutes, and watching her help 3-4 other customers, I left the store. I will not return. I've recommended this place to many people over the years, always with the caveat that the selection is great, but don't expect any help while you're there. From now on I will not recommend this place at all. I prefer to shop local, but only when that local place deserves my business. They've proven time and time again that they just don't care.

They have a large selection of fabric plus lots of other neat stuff such as Table cloth material, foam, rubber mats, etc; but most of the employees are either rude or don't want to help you so you have to just look for what you need.

they are nice folks but are not willing to help you look for a fabric. they say "we have too many fabrics to help you find a specific one". they also said "it would just take too long". if they are SO busy that they cannot help their customers then doesn't that mean they should hire more employees to help with the more specific requests?

this store is the best, they have everything that you would ask for.
