Provided by YPmobileThe manager in the store was rude to me didn't let finish what I was tring to explain to him. Told me that what I was trying to do cant get done in any AT&T store in 50 states. Went to another store and they did what I wanted no problem I was very happy. I call back up to this store to get manager info to make a complaint and he never came to the phone and had me on hold for over 30mins. This store sucks 100%.
