Terrible Front Desk and Management Service, as a Platinum Elite member this hotel is atrocious. They did not have my room ready despite me being told that it was. I was called and told to come back to the hotel again despite my coming back again it was not ready. I then asked to see a manager that has NO explanation for their unprofessionalism. I stay at Hotels around the country on the regular basis and have never experience such behavior and services from a Marriott. This is the worst. Then the Manager called the Police to have me removed because they could not explain their short comings. I can assure you, you need to stay away from this hotel whether you are traveling for business but stay away if you have a family and are trying to relax.
