you will not find a more efficient, helpful, and professionally staffed pharmacy. A ten year, monthly customer.

20+ yrs ago. Diplomat was one of a kind. Now they've become so very busy, often, it's another 3 hour wait, due to the fact that the particular pharmacist you spoke with earlier didn't fill the script. Busy is Great for them, but not so much for the customers. Wait time as become unbearable. Requesting 24 hour, advanced drop off now. If by chance your insurance denies a script, no matter how long you've been with them. Your going to get gouged. Charged an arm & a Leg. All in all its a Great Pharmacy, if your in no hurry, don't mind waiting forever, & quite possibly , very well off financially. Do to these reasons, I had to leave. Found a pharmacy that will only charge me the cost of a script, while in transition. BEST OF WISHES, DIPLOMAT. MAY YOU KEEP SKYROCKETING TO THE TOP!

They are extremely helpful, you can speak directly with a pharmacist who will take the time to listen, advise and answer any question you have. They have gone above and beyond any business I have ever dealt with. Also, it is imperative that you contact them for any drug interactions if you are prescribed a new med, they stopped me from having what could have been disastrous results of a drug interaction. When everyone local said it was ok to take this new script, I wanted to make sure, so I called Diplomat. Considering what would have happened had I taken the antibiotic, it possibly saved my life.
