I contacted Jeff in June about getting the job done, he came to the house checked the soil and listened to all of my concerns. Finding the perfect tree was easy with the wonderful selection I was given, and the planting, I didn't want it done in June when I received notice from my association, so Jeff was awesome in letting me delay until the 2nd week of October. My Perfect Tree is planted and looks wonderful, I will be finding ways to keep Jeff coming back to my house. I was also impressed with Jeff's worker Jerimiah, I wish I could still work like that. Thanks you two, hope to see you this fall.

Be very careful doing business with Dr 02 trees.
I purchased several trees from Jeff with a 1 year warranty . After just a few months after Jeff planted the trees several of them died. When trying to contact Jeff by phone leaving messages and sending texts he refused to return my calls.Only after my wife called Jeff from a strange number acting like a potential
customer did he return her call after only 5 minutes. He told my wife he was going to replace the trees but has not , and that was several months ago and again he refuses to return any calls.

When we spoke fall 2015 about your trees I did tell you that we did not have any of the trees you wanted replaced above ground. We would have to wait to dig them safely in the spring. Yes you were not happy about that so I promised to upgrade your trees to the next size larger in the spring when it was safe to dig the trees. If your wife called me inquiring about trees and I tried selling them to her, then I did my job! I am in the tree selling business. If you would have answered your phone this past mid March -June 2015 when we tried to contact
you we could have resolved this issue.

Very professional and informative bought 74 trees a year ago all doing great 3 feet growith this year I just bought 2 more trees today always available by phone when I have questions on proper watering and fertilization great guy Jeff
