Love the food this is what's for dinner tonight.

I just ordered a sesame chicken lunch and they forgot the sauce that goes with it. When i called to tell them what they forgot, they answered the phone "WHAT?" I said "you forgot my sauce that's what." She argued with me and said i ordered sweet and sour chicken not sesame chicken. I hate sweet and sour chicken so that's not even a possibility. She started to get very defensive and yelled at me "you wrong, you wrong." Not only did she not apologize for her mistake, she yelled at me and said i was a liar! This is the absolute worst customer service i have ever had at any restaurant in my life. She never offered to have me come back and get the 40 cents worth of sauce that i paid for, all i got was the "just deal with it attitude." I believe this is the type of management that cares so little about their customers that their quality and cleanliness most likely matches their customer service since i seen them multiple times preparing vegetables in their lobby next to the front door with their bare hands while watching TV. I DO NOT recommend Gourmet Wok to anyone! They may have bigger portions, but it scares me to think about the quality of products they use to still be profitable as a restaurant with this type of attitude.

Great food, great service. Jenny, the owner will come out and say crazy things to you as you wait for your food. She loves her customers and she is hilarious. Go there today!
