Went there for some tooth extractions. Asked the nurse to please notify me if I needed to get a surgical extraction (as opposed to a normal extraction) beforehand. Nurse agreed and did not notified dentist before extractions. Nurse performed two extractions in total one being a surgical extraction without notification. Afterwards, when I wanted to notify the nurse and file a simple complaint (and leave it at that). The situation began elevated when I was told by another nurse that I would need to "go up front". I told her that I was asked to wait by the previous nurse and that I was waiting for the manager I was told "no, you can do that up front". Even with all of this and even after filing the complaint with the manager and bringing up the nurses attitude ; even with this being a complaint written almost a month later to see if there was any progress with recovery. That spot within my gums have not healed because the dental worker left a shard of tooth in my mouth and covered it with stitching. I am constantly spitting tiny amounts of blood and that extraction spot leaves an irritation if poked too much. Very disappointed with the service and very disappointed in the overall workmanship. Never going to Hamilton again due to this.
